Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide in Australia, via Shippit using a courier service. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a notification via email with your tracking details included.

To ensure your ritual-filled gifts arrive before December 24, make sure to place your online orders by the following dates:

Do you offer gift wrapping and personal messages?
Each Facial Ritual is packaged beautifully, whether it is for yourself or a loved one, we believe our rituals are a gift to be cherished. Each package is sealed with seasonal botanicals with the option to include a personal message upon checkout.
Which products do you use?
We use OmVeda biodynamic skincare in each facial ritual. OmVeda is proudly Australian owned and made according to strict Ayurvedic Medicinal Guidelines, with 100% natural and organic ingredients. OmVeda’s philosophy is very simple: “if you cannot eat it, do not put it on your skin.”
OmVeda products do not contain animal by-products such as dairy, synthetic preservatives, artificial colouring or fragrances. In some rituals, we require the use of pantry items like yogurt or milk. We will always provide a suggestion for a vegan alternative if you choose this option.
Are your products tested on animals?
We are against animal testing and no product used or supplied by Facial Delivered is tested on animals. We also use microbead free products to protect our wildlife and keep nanoparticles out of our oceans.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, we purposefully use glass containers for all of our skincare products and ingredients to preserve the contents and to enable you to reuse the bottles and jars or to recycle if needed. Our boxes and packaging are eco-friendly and recyclable. We believe sustainability should be standard practice and not a trend, that’s why we are committed to encouraging others to be mindful of recycling and reusing where possible.
