Prices

All prices indicated for products available on our website are inclusive of GST and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and the delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option (standard or express delivery) and the delivery location.

Product description 

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of the products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into our system. However, some content such as colour and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings and other factors.

In some circumstances, we cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted by us. If there is a pricing or description error our team will contact you regarding your order.

Payment

You may pay using any of the methods accepted by our website. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.

If the financial institution of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

No Refund or Exchange

We do not exchange or refund your product simply due to a change of mind or if you have misused the product.

The primary reason for our strict no refund no exchange policy is due to hygiene and safety reasons for all our consumers.

Title to Goods and Damaged Goods

We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. 

The risk of the product passes to the customer upon delivery.

If there is an issue with your delivered package you must follow the below procedure as soon as possible:

Goods should not be signed for by you if damaged so please do not accept the goods.

  • The driver will then scan the goods as damaged and refused, then notify Shippit so we can assist you with a damage claim.
  • Should the damage be internal and unnoticeable until opening the package, you'll need to obtain the below proof from the customer before escalating to Shippit.
  1. pictures clearly showing the damaged goods
  2. pictures clearly showing the internal and external packaging
  3. description of the damage and how the goods were packaged
  4. the customer should also hold onto the goods until further notice from Shippit as the driver may return to inspect or collect the goods

Disclaimer and limitation of Liability

We do not represent or warrant our products expressly or impliedly to correct or treat any skin conditions. Our products are enhancers for relaxation and pleasure of freshness and richness in its ingredients.   

We recommend you seek medical advice and clearance to use the ingredients used in and disclosed with our products.

You are to do a patch test of the new product on the inner elbow or on the surface of your hand, especially if you have sensitive skin or a skin condition, and leave it for 24 hours to check for any reaction. 

Please discontinue use and discard the product should you experience any adverse side effects and promptly seek medical advice.

As a supplier we cannot guarantee that our products are suitable and fit for your skin type and you agree that we shall not be liable for any damages, loss or costs incurred by you. 

You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from your use of our website.
